• "PC Controller" name associated with your account.

Camera and Microphone Usage:

• The app uses camera and microphone for the following purposes:
  • Video Calls, Voice Calls, Direct Message, and Video Chat within the app.
  • Taking Pictures to share directly with team members via direct messaging.
• No Recording or Unauthorized Use:
  • The app does not record or store any audio/video from the camera or microphone except for direct message use.
  • We do not access or use the camera or microphone beyond user-initiated actions.

What We Don’t Collect:

• We do not store or process data generated from the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
  • All such data is exclusively stored on the client’s server, to which we have no access.
• We do not store IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for:

• Identifying and managing "PC Controllers" associated with your account.
• Enabling real-time communication features like video calls, voice calls, and chat.
• Providing support and communication for account-related inquiries.

3. Data Security and Transfer

We employ robust measures to secure your information:

Secured WebSocket Communication with End-to-End Encryption:

• Data transfers between the "PC Controller" and the app are secured using end-to-end encryption.
• Encryption keys are shared only between the "PC Controller" and the client’s app and are never stored on our servers.

No Access to PLC Data:

• We ensure that all data generated by the PLC is securely stored on your client servers.
• We have no access to this data at any time.

4. Data Retention

• We retain personal information (email, phone number, and "PC Controller" name) only as long as necessary to maintain your account or comply with legal requirements.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not share, sell, or trade your personal information.

• Exceptions may occur only to comply with legal obligations or with your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and Review your stored data.
• Request Deletion of your personal information.
